| I'm home sick today. I don't mind much. I need a day in bed. I'm having a lemon poppyseed bagel and a glass of kiwi-strawberry juice. ♠Yum.♠ Thought I should make a quick post before I crawl back into bed and finish croaking up a lung with mycough.
My friend is okay.♥ big happy smilies and silly dopeyness♥He wasn't though. He did have an accident and wasn't able to call me until he got a friend to bring him a phone card. He's back home now, it was a short hospital stay but it took lots and lots of willpower not to break into the piggy bank and go to his side. Yug, I may be inlove.♦makes a face♦ What a complete devastation, I could have avoided this forever if I had just locked myself in my room and never left, stopped showering and started talking to myself. Some say there's no better company anyway. He sent me a picture of his leg and hip before they put on his cast and some sort of harness thingy, Rob just had to get a picture of that. It's horibly purple and blue and black, but he's giving a thumbs up and grinning. I gather that's after some medicine for the agony of it all.
My break was great. I got to see Erica and my friend. I don't think I've had as much fun in ages. I had to hold Erica's hair back again, so she knowswhere my loyalties lie. ♠big grins♠
We had a party one night, went to some bar called the cove one night and that is when Erica got sick, but she did hook up with a cutie and I think that is why she has not hurried to fix her motherboard. We annoyed the staff of Waffle House at three in the morning at least five times during my trip. It was awesomethough and I can't wait to go back. We even talked about me moving there. Pook needs a new roomie and I need a change of scenerey. I never did like it here much, and my friends are all sorryas hell. Whenthey get into a relationship they don't think about anything else and it's super annoying. God forbid that we ever aska single friend to do naything without his/er mate. †eyeroll† It would be awesometo live with Pook anyway. We get along so well it's like having areally cool sister. We even use the same shampoo and conditioner and creamrinse and body wash and toothpaste and a ton more stuff that's just an awful wierd coincidense.
I feel awful and my head hurts when I couhg. I better lay down. ♠♣♥wavies♠♣♥
| Here I am! Woooopeee! Not much to say. I guess I have been doing alot of drinking and partying. I don't know what's going on with me and my ... friend I guess? I have not heard from him in a week. We haven't gone that long without talking in eleven months or so. I hope he is all right. I will probably try to call him again tomorrow, and if I can't get him I'll call his friend Rob just to make sure he is ok. I am going to have to be really casual about it though. I don't know why he wouldn't want to talk to me, but if that is the case I am ok with it, I just want to know that he is ok. ♣ frown ♣ I do not want to come off like I'm tracking him down tho. Maybe I should let it go a little bit longer I guess. I am worried is all. Mom, Theresa and I went to lunch today. It was fun sitting around and talking about family gossip. It is usually just silly stuff but I guess Aunt Bella's drinking real heavy and Uncle Pete told mom that he can not take anymore. I don't blame him but I love them both. I hope they can work it out. I hope she goes and gets some help. Welp, I should go and get some sleep after I look at other peoples pages. Toodles! Oh, and in case anybody is curious, Pook's computer is broke. She is working on it, but she doesn't know when she will be back on for sure. I think she has to replace the motherboard. I'll write some soon about some visits I made. ♣wave♣! | | |
| I know I must have a pic in pigtails somewhere, and I'll have to scan it at Leah's but I think it can be accomplished. I should warn you though, I do look twelve or so when I do that.
Not much going on with me except work. I'm off next week for spring break and I'm taking time off from work at the same time (which they appreciate, actually). I'm going to visit Pook and my special someone during that time, and if I have an extra day, I might try to fly up and see Lisa and Brian and their kids. I hope I have the time. If not I'm going to have to make it this winter and that'll be fun too because I can take Christmas presents for the little bunch of rugrats!
My little piggies are having piggies! Awwwwwwwwwh! Eowyn is pregnant. I'll have a litter of pigs in about six weeks. I'm so excited. Mom says I'm crazy, but I just love their little pink snouts.
Let's see. ♣ponders♣
My mom and I are going to get haircuts and manicures today. Silly, I know. But it's super fun to go out with her, and allways get coffee after, and I get a gift certificate to the book store every time I see her. I should visit more. So I guess I better go and get ready for that. She'll freak if I show up in my sweats and with my hair in a ponytail. It's just not «ladylike».
| First, the daisies were a gift.
Second, I didn't know if you and Albedo1 were actually arguing, that's why I asked. And you can pull my pigtails allyou like, since when I'm wearing them, that's what they're for. And now that I know you're both just tough as nails jabbers, it's all good. But Foxy, you write so much more eloquently than you insult!
Stuff for me's been quiet. Not much to tell. Lots of friends hanging out at my place because "the wedded couple" needed some "bliss" time. I mean really, I thought you marriedpeople didn't have sex!
I've received several beautiful packages in the mail over the last week or so. It reminds me how special someone can be to you, even when they're far away and it's NOT FAIR DAMMIT!
Whatever, I'm learning to deal. Hopefully not for much longer tho because I really miss my dear one. I've never craved someone so much.
I know, there she goes again, comes and runs, but I have to make a phone call. Besides, I'm sure he'll enjoy it more than you enjoy reading my tittering.

| I'm soso bad about keeping up on this thing! I want to try because I know my friends like to know what's up when I disappear for a few days. I'm trying! I'm just SO bad at it. If it makes you feel any better, I do it in everyday life too. My friends will call and leave messages and I won't call them back for days and days. It's not that I'm avoiding anyone, I'm just SO tired after work and school that I don't feel like talking to anyone. Jeff is probably the only one I talk to every day, and Lisa just about every other day. I'm very lucky to have such close friends, even though one of them is so far away. Not much has been going on here, really. Work has been much easier. Jeff talked to my boss for me and he hasn't touched me since and he's been very polite. I've even been able to talk to his wife on the phone without feeling guilty, even though none of that was my fault. I'm good at guilt, not as good as Lisa, but I'm good at it. School is school. I have spring break very soon, and I'm looking forward to that. I know that my friend is coming to visit and my friends around here, Leah's insisting, are having a big party that they plan on having for like four days! I swear I'm getting too old for that. But I'm going to try, and my guest is planning to be up for it. Luckily they have a place right on the beach, and we can drink and have fun all day and pass out in comfy beds at night. It'll be a bit of travel, but well worth it, and not one of those stupid spring breaks like Ft. Lauderdale where Girls Gone Wild is filmed. I got the prettiest couple of vases at Pier One today, they're glass, but covered in wicker and have a base of black iron that curves up to balance it, and they have black ribbon tied and curled near the top of the wicker. Oh, I'm not explaining it well, but they're really pretty especially with simple flowers in them, like the daisies I got today. Okay, I hope that's a good update. I tried! | | |
